GEDI: The Gene Expression Dynamics Inspector

GEDI is a novel bioinformatics software to aid in the visualization and analysis of microarray gene expression data. Biologists and bioinformaticians begin to exploit microarray technology to compare the gene expression profiles changes in various biological processes. GEDI meets this need by providing a novel tool that visualizes the complex global expression pattern of biological sample as a single image map, thus allows direct comparison of multiple experiments. It brings data from microarray measurements into an intuitive and informative graphical representation.
