The Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential, professional counseling, education, and referral services. The EAP is available to all hospital employees and their immediate family members. This service helps you address personal and family problems, work/life issues, stress management, legal and financial concerns, as well as substance abuse.

Value Options administers the Hospital’s Employee Assistance Program. Telephone consultation and up to three EAP sessions with a counselor are provided at no cost. Additional counseling, resources, or specialized treatment may add cost depending upon your health plan benefits. You can call the EAP 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, at 800-345-4047.
